- Tracking numbers starting with 0004 can be tracked with the direct link that was included in your shipping confirmation email.

⭐️ MISSING DELIVERY: If your order was marked Delivered but has not arrived, please message me for assistance! I can send a photo of your package to help track it down, and if it still can't be found, Etsy's Purchase Protection Program will cover the order.

⭐️ ORDER CANCELLATIONS: If you've requested a cancellation, I will process it within the next 24-48 hours and you will receive a refund notification at that time.

⭐️ ADDRESS CHANGES: I will process any address change requests before your order ships. As long as the new address is in the same country, there are no additional shipping charges.

⭐️ COMBINING ORDERS: Thought of an item you missed? No problem! As long as your order hasn't shipped out yet and the new one is going to the same address, I'll generally to combine them both in one package and refund the second shipping charge.

⭐️ INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING PRICES: Due to a high number of Etsy international orders being reported as "missing", and the out of pocket cost of replacing or refunding them, I'm no longer able to afford to offer untracked international shipping through Etsy. Unfortunately, tracked shipping costs start at about $15usd, which is reflected in the prices charged on Etsy. I'm very sorry for this change.
