Returns and Refunds

Returns and refunds are only offered on used products in the case of manufacturing or production defaults.

New/unused items must be returned in original unused condition, unless problem is a manufacturing defect.
- Refund will be issued after return has been received and inspected.
- Any loss in value due to use or damage will be deducted from refund.
- Shipping fees are not refunded, as those were paid to the post office for their service shipping your original order.
